カワウソ達の安全を守る為のルールです

・スタッフの指示に従えない場合は退店して頂きます。
また、入店禁止になりますのであらかじめご了承ください。

・座る際には必ず座席を確認しながらゆっくりと腰掛けてください。
急にドスン！と腰掛けますと、カワウソちゃんを踏んづけて大怪我をさせてしまう可能性がありますので充分にご注意ください。

・座席にカワウソちゃんが素早く入り込んできますので、座席を確認しながらゆっくり腰掛けてください。

・頻繁に歩き回ったり、立ったり座ったりを繰り返す行為は禁止となります。

カワウソちゃんの扱い方

カワウソ達は自分から膝の上や肩に乗ってきてくれたり、寝ていたります。
基本的には優しく撫でるだけでお願い致します。
抱っこしたり持ち上げたり掴んだり押さえつけたり激しく撫でる行為は禁止となります。

免責事項

動物・飲食物など、すべてのアレルギー反応や
衣類、持ち物の汚損破損、怪我など、一切の責任を負いません。

ゴム・皮・紐・ビニール・ジーンズなど硬めの素材は噛まれやすいのでご注意ください。

☆ By entering the store, you agree to all of the terms below. Please note.
☆ If you do not follow the staff's instructions, you will be asked to leave. And you will also be prohibited from entering the store.

① We are not responsible for any allergic reactions, injuries, and stains, damages, losses, etc. of clothing or belongings. We are not responsible for any case.

② In principle, please remove all accessories that you are wearing.
☆ Especially swaying piercings and large piercings are easy to target.
☆ If you can hide your necklace inside your clothes, you don't have to take it off.
You don't have to take off your simple ring.Take it off if you're worried.

③ Do not put anything other than your smartphone in your pocket.Small items (coins, lip balm, receipts, garbage, etc.) may be accidentally swallowed by otters. The otter puts their hand in your pocket and tries to get something.
Empty it completely.

④Be aware that they tend to chew on hard materials such as rubber, leather, string, vinyl, and denim.

Please remove any strings or large key holders attached to your smartphone case as they may be bitten by otters.

⑤Audio recording is prohibited. Video recording should be within 5 to 10 seconds. Commercial use is prohibited. Photography is allowed. Do not use flash.

Shooting for commercial purposes such as YouTube is also prohibited.
